My husband took a last-minute trip out of town, so the lasagna was a perfect meal for my daughter and me. I was able to provide a nutritious dinner for her while taking a break from cooking at the same time!.

We had a large family-size lasagna and it gave us the opportunity to invite some friends over at the last minute. It was a blessing to extend the invitation without worrying about the cooking!.
