It's always crazy around here with four kids in the house. On Tuesday's, my middle son has soccer practice and my daughter has ballet class. Tuesdays are always hectic between homework, activities, and trying to get dinner on the table. I almost ordered a pizza to pick up on our way home before I remembered that my girlfriend had dropped off a Stouffer's Dinner. It was so great when my husband and daughter got home and I had a steaming Stouffer's lasagna waiting on the table with sweet Italian bread and fresh salad. We all sat down and enjoyed a little down time on our crazy Tuesday. Since then, my husband has brought home two more Stouffer's dinners. At last we have an easy and delicious solution to Tuesday that we all enjoy..

Even though it's summer, we still have a busy schedule. My two daughters have cheerleading practice and my son is conditioning for football. Somewhere between work and running them to their respective practices, my family needs a wholesome meal. Stouffer's really helped out with getting dinner on the table (lasagna Italiano)without a "delay of game" penalty. I served the lasagna alongside some steamed summer vegetables and bakery rolls. My son asked me if we were having company, which we weren't, but I wouldn't have minded, with such a good meal on the table..
